Returns & Exchanges

At LAAGAM, we want you to love your pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
